Stone falls out
I purchased this necklace and it arrived with the stone completely loose from its setting. After returning it, they sent a replacement where both the stone and setting were secure. I have only worn it twice. Upon trying to put it on for the third time, the stone fell out once more. There is simply not enough silver surrounding the stone to hold it in place securely. I am attempting to glue it in to see if that improves the situation. The necklace and stone are beautiful, but there is a clear flaw in the design.

This necklace is truly beautiful and distinctive. I am pleased with its dimensions, though it arrived slightly larger than anticipated. The chain measures 18 inches and includes a 2-inch extender. While the chain itself is quite simple and of a lesser quality, replacing it would be straightforward. I adore how the rose design gracefully wraps around the Onyx stone and is seamlessly integrated into the slide of the chain. It looks exceptionally elegant.
